I came to Karen for help with my thyroid symptoms. She prepared weekly worksheets for me to better understand the relationship between food and supplements with thyroid needs, plus how toxins, stress, thoughts, and motivation affect my body’s ability to maintain health. She was always prepared with recommendations for further research, recipes, and motivational ideas. I have continued to use her suggestions for thyroid care since our sessions and notice that I have more energy and my joint pain is minimal after just a few weeks since eliminating some foods and adding some supplements. I highly recommend Karen for a Life/Health Coach. I've been meeting with her, on Zoom, for two and a half months now. I'm impressed with her knowledge on a wide range of health topics. She has helped me with addressing food sensitivities, general healthy eating and making healthy choices when I'm traveling or going out to eat. I have some serious health issues so she helped me prioritize what to work on first, address toxins in my environment, ideas to help me sleep better and ideas for living a more balanced life. We also talked about and worked on trauma issues and how they effect health. She has recommended books, sent me links to articles related to my health issues, sent me healthy recipes to try and gave me ideas and information on how to work on trauma issues and relaxation activities.

She listens well and is a kind, caring person with lots of wisdom to share. I like the fact that she tailors her Life/Coaching to each individual and doesn't just have a canned program. She has helped me break unhealthy habits and live a healthier, more balanced, happier life.
